Founder
TruWater was founded by Hattie Marsden, a M&A advisor with over a decade of experience specialising in B2B Software and Services.
Hattie’s career includes time at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked closely with top-tier financial investors, and Deloitte, supporting corporates on the value realisation from >$500m+ transactions. In addition she spent over 8 years with a boutique M&A advisory firm, leading multiple buy-side and sell-side processes across SEA.
This unique combination of consulting and corporate finance experience has provided Hattie with insight into the motivations and strategies of major strategic acquirers, as well as a deep understanding of how to create value in high-stakes M&A transactions.

Jett Saw, CFA
Jett’s career spans M&A advisory, corporate finance, and strategic advisory across SEA. He earned his CFA charter in 2025.
Most recently, he spent over four years with KPMG Corporate Finance in Kuala Lumpur. There, he advised private, multinational, and listed clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His responsibilities included valuation and financial modelling, guiding vendors through the due diligence process, and structuring deals that bridged valuation gaps while aligning buyer–seller interests.
This blend of professional services, corporate, and advisory experience has given Jett strong commercial acumen and deep insight into both investor motivations and founder priorities.
